QUIET REST HOMESTEAD KLIUKAI WITHOUT MUSIC AND NOISE

Internal house rules

By booking a rest in the rural tourism homestead KLIUKAI, you confirm that you and the accompanying persons have read these rules, agree to them, and will comply with all the responsibilities that belong to you.

We love and cherish our homestead KLIUKAI and created these rules to avoid any possible unpleasant events, so that you and other guests feel safe.

Arrival / departure

ARRIVAL FROM 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. DEPARTURE until 12 noon. If possible and by prior arrangement, other arrival / departure times are possible.

Reservation and payment

We accept and approve reservations ONLY in written form (by e-mail, SMS, MSN or other agreed channels).
We confirm the reservation after receiving an advanced payment, which is at least 30% of the total amount of the order. Cancellation of the reservation and refund of the money is possible only 30 days before the date of your arrival. Otherwise, only the transfer of the reservation to other dates agreed with us is possible.

The remaining amount of the booking order is paid immediately upon arrival in cash or by transfer until
arrival.

If guests do not stay for the scheduled (agreed) rental time, we do not refund the fee for the rest of the
time.

Quietness

Homestead KLIUKAI is intended for a quiet rest, so IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN – TO MAKE NOISE, PLAY
MUSIC, USE THE CAR HORN, OWN AND USE WEAPONS, HAZARDOUS FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND PEOPLE SUBSTANCES, FIREWORKS.
A LITTLE, NOT LOUD, QUIETLY, and other exceptions of a similar nature do not apply! Please respect yourself, others, and nature (various wild birds live in the homestead and delight us with songs, deer, elks, crane birds and other animals visit us).

Safety

– The behavior and safety of minor children is the responsibility of their parents or other persons caring for (caring for) the children. We strongly ask adults not to leave minor children unattended, to take care of their proper behavior and safety ESPECIALLY NEAR THE WATER AND ON PLAYGROUNDS. You – adults – are responsible for any damaged inventory or damage caused by children. – The visitors of the homestead themselves are responsible for possible accidents that may occur inside or outside the territory of the homestead (inside buildings, on terraces, on stairs, in the yard, in the sauna, etc.) using the homestead inventory.

Four-legged friends / pets:

It is possible to bring pets only by prior arrangement with the hosts of the homestead. Pets are charged a one-time stay fee of 30 EUR per pet. On the territory of the homestead, it is mandatory to observe the following rules:

– It is forbidden to bring aggressive, uncontrollable, noisy, unsocialized pets.
– Pets cannot be loose, must be walked on a leash.
– Owners pf the pet are obliged to collect and clean up pet excrement.
– If a pet has a habit of climbing on furniture and/or sleeping in beds
– the owners must bring and use furniture blankets and their own bedding.
– Please not only take care of your animals, but also respect the environment in which you are. Any damaged inventory or damage caused by your pet is liable and compensated by you – the pet’s owners.

Guests

Only the number of people agreed at the time of booking can come to the homestead. Additional guests can come only by prior arrangement and permission of the hosts of the homestead. By arrangement, guests arriving during the day are charged an additional 15 EUR / person fee and must leave by 9 p.m. Guests who stay overnight are charged 60 EUR / person fee per night.

Inside the houses

– No smoking. Smoking is possible only outdoors; you need to throw smoke butts only into the ashtrays intended for this.
– We burn candles only in designated areas with care – we assess whether the surfaces are non-heating, non-flammable.
– You will find all the necessary utensils in the kitchenettes, but please leave them clean and tidy.
– Near all the houses you will find barbecues exclusively for cooking. The most suitable and fire-safe places have been found for them, so please do not carry them anywhere. Do not to leave them unattended while using and after the usage (while the coals are still hot).

Inventory

– The indoor inventory is for indoor use, so please don’t use it outdoors.
– Use all items and equipment in the homestead only for their intended purpose and report any faults or damages observed. You are fully liable for the damaged or destroyed movable and immovable property located in the territory or premises of the homestead and will have to compensate for the material damage caused by your fault in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
– All movable and immovable objects in the territory are belong to the hosts of the homestead KLIUKAI,
so on your departure please leave them as you found them.

Environment

– Littering, throwing smoke butts, breaking, trampling plants, or destroying the environment and inventory is PROHIBITED.
– On the territory of the homestead, a fire is allowed only in barbecues. Please do not leave the fire
unattended.

Departure / handing over the premises and inventory

Other

Guests must obey fire safety requirements.

Guests are required to keep their personal belongings only in the rented rooms or in their own car. The hosts of the homestead are not responsible for the safety of the guests’ personal belongings. The hosts of the homestead have the right to demand to leave before the scheduled deadline if guests do not comply with and violate the internal rules of the homestead KLIUKAI; and guests are obliged to fulfill this requirement.

– We always inform the POLICE and other responsible authorities about crimes, violations of public order, hooliganism, or other criminal activities.
